Home 4 Lunch
That’s right I’m trying to be like Prince, using numbers in place of words for my title. I zipped home for lunch today; it was just a quickie. No, damn it, not that kind of “quickie.” I figured I should give SSDiabolique a widdle extra attention after the great emotional release last night. Basically, I picked up some fast food for her and Super Freak, dropped it off, scarfed my lunch, and then jetted. Huh? Did I just say fast food? Hey, I didn’t eat any. My earlier diatribe was more about people criticizing me for eating healthy. I don’t push my practices on anyone, not even SSDiabolique or Super Freak. They can eat whatever they want. You can eat whatever you want. I can eat whatever I want, and I want to eat unprocessed carbs, quality protein, and essential fats.

Hmm. I wonder if we’re going to hit the iron tonight. I think some physical activity would be good for us, mentally and emotionally too. With only three weeknights left I can’t revert to the ol’ 5 times a week schedule. Plus, that was one killer routine… probably not a good idea coming off a week of phlegm-filled disease. I think I’ll devise a low intensity, full body workout aimed at reconditioning our unstrained muscles for next week. Something like six exercises, two sets of 10 reps per exercise (plus a warm-up depending on the motion), each exercise hitting a different muscle group. I’ll try to stick to large multi-joint exercises like squats, dead lifts, bench presses, military presses, pull-ups, seated cable rows… hey I just found my six exercises! Now I just have to put them in order: dead lift, bench press, pull-up, squat, military press, seated cable row. Damn, I’m good. I’ll just throw in some light abdominal work and BOOM! I’m only the greatest scientific genius ever!

Can you please call me Little Shenry?
