nose

Today at work I helped calibrate laser sensors for an inertial profiler. This is something I have never done before, and I doubt if they will ever ask for my assistance again. The guy I was working with made the mistake of handing me the digital calipers. I proceeded to measure everything I could find, including my own nose.

Width of top bridge of nose: 0.7280 inches
Width of middle bridge of nose: 1.0170 inches
Width of nose at nostrils: 1.3455 inches
Length of nose: 1.9890 inches
Left nostril diameter: 0.3620 inches
Right nostril diameter: 0.3110 inches

I was moving on to measuring other body parts when they took my toy away from me.
