Mustache Wednesday~ Oh, dear lord!~ You are not a mustache person. ~ Un-uh, you are not getting any. ~ Dude?! ~ That may have been cool style back in the days of the buggy... you know, like horses and shit. ~ I can’t concentrate when I look at you... it’s just that thing on your face... ~ Ha! ~ I see you’ve joined The Village People. ~ Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn. ~ It’s uneven. Those are just a sampling of the greetings I have received today. What did I expect? I even creep myself out. Every time I pass a mirror I shudder violently and try to rub the fuzz off my upper lip. The space between my nose and mouth is just too small to display a proper mustache. My ‘stache has that thin Rhett Butler look, which works fine for Clark Gable but un-fine for Shenry. Thank god that this government building has so few mirrors. I’ve gone through hour-long stretches when I’ve forgotten how stupid I look. As a guy, I’ve got to do this at least once in my life. Seriously, I have the option so I might as well exercise it. |
