piss on itYesterday's Denver Post had an awesome front-page article pertaining to two of my most favorite subjects in the whole world: work and urine. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit with the whole "most favorite subjects in the whole world" thing, but I really want to hype this article. It combines my job and my pee. Okay, once again, I'm over-hyping. For realz, now: I work for CDOT. I pee at CDOT. Those two statements are true; therefore, this article is near and dear to my heart:Filth in a bottle: CDOT fights human-waste litter Here are a couple of excerpts from the article that I found hilarious and disturbing: "It's a capped Diet Pepsi bottle filled with a yellow liquid... "Tossing a bottle of urine onto a highway shoulder now can carry a simple littering fine as low as $35..." "The state now is working to enclose the cabs of CDOT lawn-mowing equipment so workers don't get sprayed by exploding bottles of urine when mower blades chew up the containers..." This is front-page news. |
